军队医院开展转化医学研究的几点思考

Some Thinking about Translational Medicine Research in Military Hospitals

转化医学作为医学研究的新模式,被寄期望成为现代生物医学研究的一个新的起步点和着力点。近年来,我国新建或在积极筹建转化医学研究的机构,其构建和运营情况仍处于探索阶段。本文以军队医院从事转化医学研究的角度,从临床科学研究、学科建设、人才培养、组织管理角度,与读者共同探讨军队医院开展该项工作的几点思考。

As a new model of medical research,translational medicine is regarded as a new start and key point of modern biomedical research.In recent years,institutes of translational medicine research have been set up or are under consideration in China,and the construction and running of these institutes are still at the stage of exploration.In this article,we will share our thinking about carrying out translational medicine research in military hospitals from the perspectives of clinical research,discipline construction,organization and management.
