Our Practice of Clinical Teaching to In-service Key General Practitioners in Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic of a General Hospital

对全科医师骨干进行精神科培训可以促进精神疾病的二级预防,节约医疗资源和社会成本,提高患者的生活质量。在综合医院精神科门诊对全科医师骨干的带教过程中,要通过重视入科教育、开展心理卫生讲座、门诊和住院病例分析、培养循证医学和科研思维、培养人文关怀能力,以及角色扮演考试的方法提高了全科医师骨干的培训质量。

Psychiatrics training of key general practitioners can promote secondary prevention of mental disorders,save health care resources and social costs,and improve patients＇ quality of life.In our clinical teaching practice,we have improved the quality of key general practitioners training by emphasizing entrance education,holding mental health lectures,analyzing outpatient and inpatient cases,cultivating evidence-based medicine and scientific thinking,enhancing people-oriented care,and assessing with role plays.
