医学人文内化的驱动模式探析

On the Driving Pattern of Medical Humanities Internalization

医学人文素养是医学的精神本体。然而,医学的人文属性、人文追求不是自然生成的,而是人们在后天的医学实践中内化而成的。即是说,人们对医学人文的内化是需要一定的驱动模式来保证的。医学人文内化的驱动模式是内在模式和外在模式的统一,它是由一系列有利于实现医学人文内化的各种因素构成的保证体系。其中,医学人文认知、医学人文需要、医学人文情感是医学人文内化驱动模式的内在构成要素,而经济保证、法制支持与舆论引导则是医学人文内化外在驱动模式的构成要素。

Medical humanities quality is the spiritual subject of medicine.However,the humanities properties and pursuit of medicine are not innate,but are internalized by people from medical practice.That is to say,people＇s medical humanities internalization needs to be guaranteed by certain driving patterns.Driving pattern of medical humanities internalization is the unification of internal pattern and external pattern,which is the system from a series of factors for realizing medical humanities internalization.Among them,knowledge,and needs and feelings of medical humanities are the elements of the internal pattern while economic guarantee,legal support and guidance by public opinions are the elements of the external pattern.
