摘要 营养与食品卫生学是一门实践性很强的学科,通过对预防医学专业的营养与食品卫生学实验课开展教学改革,包括选用多样化教学内容,采用现代化的多媒体设备,常用技能实验中融合创新元素,开设创新性实验及改革实验报告呈现形式,旨在探索有利于培养具有实践能力和创新精神的预防医学高级人才的实验教学模式。 Nutrition and food hygiene is one of the professional courses for students majoring in preventive medicine.With the reform of science and technology,it is of urgency to reform traditional mode of nutrition and food hygiene practice teaching.To improving preventive medical students put knowledge of nutrition and food hygiene into practice,teachers should take measures such as selecting various of practice content by modern teaching facilities,reforming verified experiments and performing innovation experiments.
