摘要 目的观察上皮膜蛋白-1(epithelia membrane protein-1,EMP-1)在人椎间盘髓核细胞中存在的表达。方法利用我们已建成的人胚椎间盘髓核细胞和退变椎间盘细胞培养体系,采用半定量反转录PCR和免疫组化方法检测EMP-1在这两种细胞中的表达情况。结果人胚及退变椎间盘髓核细胞中EMP-1均有表达,分布在不同部位,且具有一定的丰度。结论 EMP-1在正常和退变椎间盘细胞中的存在和生物学特性改变,提示EMP-1可能在椎间盘退变中担当重要角色。 Objective This study was to observe the expression of epithelia membrane protein 1 in human nucleus pulposus cell. Methods By using the cell culture system of adult degenerated and human fetal nucleus pulposus,we i- dentified the expression of epithelia membrane protein 1 in human nucleus pulposus cell by morphological observation and semi quantitative RT PCR methods. Results We identified that there are high expressions of epithelia membrane protein 1 in adults degenerated and human fetal nucleus pulposus. Also they exist in different areas and reveal differ- ent biology characteristics. Conclusion Because of the high expressions and different biology characteristics in both degenerative and normal nucleus pulposus ,EMP-1 may play an important role during intervertebral disc degeneration.
