摘要
在同时考虑下层利益冲突和上、下层权力分配的条件下,就多人递阶资源分配问题提出了对决策者模糊满意度进行两步折衷的求解方法.先用下层各部门目标对于资源之影子价格所构成的非冲突函数为权,对下层决策者进行折衷;然后将折衷后的下层视为一个整体,用依据上、下层决策权力所分配的权进行上、下层的折衷,以此得到各个决策者都满意的折衷解.算例表明本文方法的可行性和有效性.
In this paper, considering the conflicts and decision power distribution among decision makers(DMs), an approach of two phase compromise on DMs' fuzzy satisfactory function is proposed to solve the multiperson hierarchical resource allocation problem. The compromise among the lower level DMs and between the levels are reached by means of the non conflict functions constituted by the shadow prices of resources and the decision power distribution, respectively. An example shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the approach.
