基于实证视域的农民精神富裕解析——以河南省为例

An Empirical Analysis of Farmers' Spiritual Prosperity:A Case Study of Henan Province

关注农民精神富裕问题具有重要的理论和实践意义。从方向性、主体性、现代性和真实性四个衡量指标来看,当前河南省农民精神富裕取得了成效:社会主义理想信念进一步坚定,对精神富裕具有内在的强烈自觉,与市场经济相适应的各种现代意识逐渐形成,对各种精神资源的拥有和享受真正源于内心的体验。同时农民精神富裕还客观存在一些偏差,如理想信念弱化虚化和功利化,思想道德和伦理准则失范,精神贫困和富裕的"贫困"并存,精神文化消费结构层次较低,精神富裕的现代性方面还存在很大完善空间等。对于农民精神富裕的进一步提升,当前应进行激发机制、供给机制、矫正机制和保障机制的构建和完善。

Paying close attention to farmers’ spiritual prosperity is of theoretical and practical significance. Based on an empirical analysis in terms of orientation,subjectivity,modernity and authenticity,this paper analyzes the achievements and deviations of farmers’ spiritual prosperity of Henan Province. The former includes the further strength of socialist ideals and beliefs,the strongly internal consciousness of spiritual prosperity,the gradual formation of a variety of modern consciousness adapting to market economy,and the possession and enjoyment of variety of spiritual resources really coming from inner experiences. The latter includes the weakening of virtual ideals and beliefs and utilitarianism,the anomie of moral and ethical standards,the double existence of spiritual and affluent poverty,the lower level of spiritual and cultural consumption structure,and a room for improvement as to spiritual prosperity. In order to further improve the level of farmers’ spiritual prosperity,we should build and upgrade stimulating, supplying,redressing and safeguarding mechanisms.
