高校学生档案管理存在的问题及对策研究

College Students' Archives Management:Its Problems and Solutions

高校学生档案记载着学生的学习经历、成长过程和综合表现,是学生求职择业和社会选拔任用人才的原始依据,关系着学生的前途命运,对社会、高校和学生具有重要的意义。当前高校学生档案管理存在着制度不健全、管理不到位甚至档案造假等较多问题。加强制度建设、完善体制机制、丰富档案内容、做好宣传教育、拓展档案服务是提高高校学生档案管理水平的主要路径。

College students’ archives record students’ learning experiences, growth process and overall performance,which serve as a primitive basis for students’ job hunting and social talent-selecting and appointing. They are related to the students’ future and of great significance to the society,colleges and students themselves. Currently,the management of college students’ archives has some problems,such as imperfect system,poor management and false files. So,efforts need to be made to strengthen system construction,improve system mechanism,enrich the contents of the file,and expand the file services.
