变论域自适应模糊的分层注水工艺控制 被引量:5

摘要 针对油田同步分层注水工艺具有强非线性、层间耦合强干扰、时变性、模型复杂等特点,采用传统基于模型的控制策略将导致系统不稳定、测调时间长及易出现工艺管柱憋压这一问题,提出一种新型的变论域自适应模糊控制算法,并设计了同步分层注水工艺流量调节控制器。该控制器通过伸缩因子实现论域跟随变量参数而变化,并可实现模糊控制与PID控制软切换,确保系统无超调,解决工艺管柱耦合憋压现象。单位阶跃仿真响应与现场运行实验表明,控制器适应性强,注水测调时间缩短了1/3,平均单次测调耗电节省160mAh,可长期保证注水合格率。 Aiming at the strong nonlinearity,interlayer interference,time variation and complex model of the layered synchronous water injection technique in the oilfield,the traditional model-based control strategy always leads to unstable system,too long regulation time and pressure in the string to be shut off,thereby making the control effect unsatisfactory.A variable-universe adaptive fuzzy control algorithm is proposed and a flow controller of layered synchronous water injection technique is designed.By adjusting the extension-contraction factor,the universe can change with variables parameters and the soft switch between fuzzy control and PIN control also can achieve to ensure that the system has no overshoot and the string has no shutoff pressure.The unit step response simulation and the field operation show that the controller has strong adaptability.The regulation time is shortened by 3 times.The power for single regulation saves 160mAh.The long-term water injection effect can be ensured.
