Guizhou Postal Evolution in the Late Ming and Early Qing Dynasty

清末贵州邮驿系统因专制制度的腐化而走向衰落,西方先进而科学的信息传递方式则不断被介绍到中国,包括邮政、电报等。光绪二十七年,(1901年),贵州境内的第一个邮政机构——贵阳邮政总局成立,1913年11月17日,贵阳邮政总局改为贵州邮务管理局,1931年正式改名为贵州邮政管理局。

When the postal system of Guizhou was corrupted and declined because of autocracy,the advanced western information transferring mode has been introduced to China,including postal,telegraph as well.In the Twenty-seventh year of Guangxu（1901）,the first postal agency——Guiyang Post Office was established.In November 17,1913,Guiyang post office was renamed as Guizhou Postal Bureau,and then as Guizhou Postal Administration in1931.
