网络媒体“把关人”及其社会责任——以“69圣战”为例

The Gatekeeper of Network Media and His Social Responsibility——In the Case of "June 9 Jihad"

网络媒体具有开放性、交互性和隐蔽性等特点,使每个人发表个人意见更为便捷,但网络媒体的开放特性是一把双刃剑,它同时给监管带来困难,引发一系列问题,需要综合治理。和传统媒体一样,网络媒体也应当担负社会责任,通过"把关人"的作用,正确引导舆论,促进社会公序良俗和良好媒介生态的形成,保证社会健康发展。本文以"69圣战"作为案例,从社会责任角度,对网络媒体中的"把关人"及其社会责任进行分析探讨。

The network media is featured with its openness,interactivity and concealment,which makes every comment more convenient.But its openness is a double-edged sword,it brings difficulties to supervise,cause a series of problems,so it should be done with comprehensive management.And like traditional media,network media also should bear social responsibility,so the ＂gatekeeper＂ can guide the public opinion correctly,promote social public order and good customs,and ensure the healthy development of the society.The paper,taking ＂June 9 Jihad＂ as a case,analyzes and discusses the ＂gatekeeper＂ and his social responsibility from the point of social responsibilities.
