成教学员向母体大学提出与全日制大学生一样公平享有图书馆的文献需求是合理、合法的,也是时代发展的必然趋势。针对成人学员的特点和数字技术的日臻完善,高校图书馆对其纸本文献进行数字化和购买数字文献资源,是馆藏文献能满足教学科研对文献绝对和公平需求的重要途径。

It is reasonable,legal,and necessary that the adult students for continuing education propose to have the same right as full-time college students to share the same fair library documents and resources.According to the characteristics of adult learners and digital technology,the university library digitalizes the paper literature or documents and buys digitalized literature resources,which is the important channel to satisfy the demand for the teaching and scientific research literature absolutely and fairly.
