高职院校创业教育存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Higher Vocational Colleges Entrepreneurship Education

目前我国高等教育特别是高职院校的创业教育存在着学校重视不足、形式单一、缺乏专业师资、创业教育体系不完善等许多的问题,对大学生的创业活动产生了很大的阻碍,需要及时采取改变传统教育观念、完善课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、完善创业教育体系等对策,以促进高职创业教育的快速发展。

In recent years,with the expansion enrollment in higher education and the change of social talents demand,it is harder for college students to get a job;venture becomes the choice of many college students,therefore,opening a wave of business boom.But there are many problems lie in entrepreneurship education in current higher education,especially in higher vocational college,insufficient attention,single forms,teacher shortage,and imperfect system which greatly block college students to engage in entrepreneurial activity.As a result,we should take some drastic measures to promote the rapid development of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges through changing traditional education perspectives,improving course system,strengthening faculty construction and perfecting entrepreneurship education system
