社会转型期高职教师师德师风建设探析

On Vocational Morality Construction during the Social Transition

师德是教师的灵魂,关系其职业生涯的成败。改革开放以来我国进入快速发展期,社会发展逐渐转型,受社会转型期内外环境的影响,当前高职院校教师的师德存在诸多问题,分析存在问题的原因并有针对性的进行探讨,可以强化高职院校师德师风,促进高素质高职教师队伍建设。

The morality is the sacred mission of teaching,related to the success of the education.China has entered into the rapid development area since China＇s reform and opening up,and social development has gradually transformed.The current vocational morality construction exist many issues under the effect of the external environment during the period of social transition.This article analyzes the reasons of problems in Vocational ethics construction and explores the countermeasures to enhance the vocational morality construction.
