岳阳市社区护理的现状分析

An Analysis of the Current Situation of Yueyang City Community Nursing Project

目的对岳阳市社区卫生服务的现状进行回顾性的调查和研究,对其护理操作项目的现状进行分析和总结。方法采取问卷调查及询问的形式,对望岳路社区服务中心护理操作项目的现状进行分析。结果在45项社区护理服务项目中社区护士认为已开展的项目有39项,其中,社区健康教育服务方面开展较好,而社区康复服务方面开展较差,还没有开展的护理项目有6项。结论岳阳市社区护理服务项目的开展情况较好,服务范围已涉及社区卫生服务的12个模块任务中的所有内容,但社区护理服务的利用程度不高。

Objective：On the current situation of community health service in Yueyang city undertook retrospective investigation and study,the nursing operation situation analysis and summary.Methods：Using typical sampling method,to the point of Yue Road community service center,nursing operation situation analysis.Results：In 45 the community nursing service items in community nurses that have carried out projects 39.Among them,the community health education services for the better,and community rehabilitation services for the poor.No nursing programs in 6.Conclusion：Yueyang city community care development better,service scope has been involved in community health services of the 12 module task in all content,but the community care service utilization rate is not high.
