摘要 飞行员疲劳是关系到飞行安全的重要问题之一。对飞行员疲劳状况进行分析和评价可以有效防止因飞行疲劳引发的飞行事故。在分析飞行员疲劳的影响因素确定疲劳风险评价指标的基础上,通过主客观赋权法结合的综合赋权法确定各指标的权重,建立了飞行员疲劳风险评价指标体系;结合飞行员疲劳状况问卷调查结论,采用改进了的TOPSIS方法对该指标体系进行验证研究,结论表明各指标权重与问卷调查结果基本一致。 Pilot fatigue is one of the important issues related to flight safety. The analysis and evaluation on the status of pilot fatigue can effectively prevent accidents caused by flight fatigue. On the basis of analysising the factors that affect pilot fatigue and establishing the indexes of the pilot fatigue risk, the evaluation indexes weight was established by the composite method which was comprised of subjective assignment and objective method and then the pilot fatigue risk evaluation index system was built. Combining the survey of the pilot fatigue, the improved TOPSIS method was applied to study and verify the index system. Then the weight of indexes perfectly agreed with the survey results.
