摘要
采用浸渍法制备了SBA-15负载磷钨杂多酸酸催化剂,并应用于柠檬酸和乙醇的酯化反应,考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,SBA-15负载磷钨杂多酸酸催化剂具有很好的催化效果,回流反应3h,催化剂用量为原料质量的1.0%,酸醇摩尔比为1:4时,柠檬酸三乙酯收率为90%以上。
Phosphotungstic heteropoly acid catalysts sui^ported on SBA-15 were prepared adopted impregnation method and used to catalyze the esterification reaction between citric acid and ethanol. The optimum reaction conditions was investigated ,and the results indicated that the supported phosphotungstic heteropoly acid catalyst had high activity, the yield of triethyl citrate was over 90% under the condition： reflux reaction time 3h,n（citric acid）：n（ethan01）=l：4,catalyst dosage 1.0%.
