摘要
通过改进传统的沉淀法,改变、优化干燥和煅烧条件制备HA粉体,并应用多种测试手段对制备的HA粉体进行表征。研究表明:沉淀球磨后,冷冻干燥。干燥后的粉末再于650°C煅烧,可以合成纯度较高、粒径细小的HA粉体。
In order to improve the traditional precipitation process, the hydroxyapatite powder was prepared by changing the conditions of dry and burning. The performances of the synthesized hydroxyapatite powder were characterized by all kinds of testing methods. It is proved that the purity, the component and the grain size of the powder was improved, which was by ball-milling, freeze-drying, and burning at 650℃.
