摘要
首先需要对工件的定位基准进行确定,然后选择定位元件及工件的夹紧。在对工件夹紧的选择上,本文用了两种不同的夹紧方法,即:粗铣下平面用的是螺钉压板夹紧机构;粗铣前后端面时用的是气动夹紧机构。两种方法在生产中都有各自的优点和不足,但都广泛运用在生产中。然后计算铣削力以及夹紧工件需要的夹紧力,这是该设计中的重点和难点。
