84例住院精神病患者实施不同健康教育模式的效果分析

Analysis of the Influence of Different Health Education Model for 84 Patients with Mental Disease in Hospital

目的:观察系统健康教育模式对住院精神病患者康复的影响。方法:将84例住院精神病患者分为对照组和研究组,研究组采用系统、连续及多样式相结合的健康教育模式,而对照组采用一般说教式健康教育。结果:研究组在服药依从性、血糖、血压合并症控制率、体重、日常生活自理能力、吸烟、对护士工作满意度等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用系统、连续及多样式相结合的健康教育模式是精神专科行之有效的康复方法。

Objective ：To observe the influence of systematized health education model on rehabilitation of patients with mental disease in hospital. Methods：84 patients were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was applied systematized, continuous and a variety of health education model. The control group was applied moralistic health education model. Re- suits： The experimental group was significantly better than control group in the compliance of medicine - taking, the control rate of hy- pertension and diabetic complication, body weight, the ability of daily life, smoking and nurse＇s job satisfaction. （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The application of systematized, continuous and a variety of health education model is effective method in psychiatry department.
