表现为进展性帕金森综合征的硬脑膜动静脉瘘一例报道 被引量：1

摘要 硬脑膜动静脉瘘（dural arteriovenous fistulas,DAVF）是硬脑膜动静脉畸形的特殊类型,系指在供血动脉和硬脑膜静脉窦之间存在异常交通,DAVF约占颅内动静脉畸形的10%～15%。多发性DAVF较少见,表现为帕金森综合征的DVAF更为少见,容易误诊,国外仅有个案报道[1],
