三峡库区土地整治的可持续性评价研究——以开县大德乡为例

Sustainability Evaluation of Land Remediation in the Three-Gorges Reservoir Area——A Case Study of Dade Township of Kaixian County

土地整治是实现土地资源可持续利用的重要途径和手段,建立一套合理的评价指标体系对土地整治的可持续发展具有重要意义.根据三峡库区土地整治的区域特点,本文从土地整治可持续性的内涵入手,从资源、经济、社会、生态四个方面构建并筛选了土地整治可持续性评价的指标体系,并运用二步法,在基于农户调查的基础上,通过专家打分和聚类分析筛选指标.最后以开县大德乡的土地整治为样区进行实际应用,评价结果显示符合项目区实际情况.

Land remediation is an important means to achieve sustainable use of land resources,and it is of great significance for the sustainable development of land remediation to establish a reasonable assessment indicator system.In this study,an indicator system for the assessment of the sustainability of land remediation was constructed from four aspects（resources,economy,society and ecology,based on the regional characteristics of land remediation in the Three-Gorges Reservoir area and starting from a discussion of the connotation of sustainability of land remediation.Then,based on a household-based survey,the indicators were screened by means of expert scoring and cluster analysis.Finally,this indicator system was applied to the land remediation in Dade township of Kaixian county as a case study,and the results from assessment showed that the system was in line with the actual situation in the project area.
