ＩＣ卡在基于Ｗｅｂ的电子商务等领域有着广阔的应用前景。探讨了如何在基于Ｗｅｂ的系统环境中使用Ｊａｖａ技术及其安全体系结构驱动ＩＣ卡．以获得方便安全的网上电子身份识别手段和电子货币功能。
IC card will be widely used in Web-based E-business environments. This paper discussed some Java technology which can be used to integrate IC card applications. So, we can conveniently own the secure electronic identity and the functionality of electfonic currency of er Internet.
