介绍国产低温热回收技术在山东博丰利众化工有限公司250 kt/a硫磺制酸装置中的应用情况。该装置投产2年来运行稳定,吸收率、产汽率、酸雾量等技术指标均达到或优于设计值,装置操作简单,运行稳定可靠,达到世界先进水平。
The application of Chinese low-temperature heat recovery technology in the 250 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on sulphur burning of Shandong Bofeng Lizhong Chemical Co.,Ltd.is described.During the 2-year period since commissioning the plant has been in stable operation,and the absorption rate,steam generation rate,acid mist content and other technical figures have reached or even exceeded the design value.The plant features simple operation,stable running,and advanced world-level quality.
