The principle,process flow,operation control and consumption figures for production of nitro-compound fertilizer with nitric acid and sulphuric acid method are outlined.It is concluded that the technology features simple process,low production cost,and free of solid waste disposal.If the 15 serial U-tube reactors can be replaced by the multi-lattice reaction tank for production of extracted phosphoric acid,it will be easier to promote in China the technology for producing nitro-NPK compound fertilizer with nitric acid and sulphuric acid method.
