摘要
介绍了一种磷酸铵产品防结块的途径,通过将硫铁矿制酸中产生的废渣,添加在磷酸铵料浆中改善料浆黏性,在解决磷酸铵类肥料结块的同时,使得产品中w(H2O)≤3.0%,总养分不低于58%,满足产品的国家标准规定,实现了硫铁矿制酸装置废物用于磷酸铵装置产品防结块的循环利用。
A way to prevent caking of ammonium phosphate products is described.Cinder generated during the sulphuric acid production from pyrite is charged into the ammonium phosphate slurry to improve its viscosity.By solving the caking issue of ammonium phosphate fertilizers,it also makes sure in the product the w(H2O)≤3.0%,and the total nutrient content is minimum 58%,meeting the national standard for the product,and realizing reuse of wastes from the sulphuric acid production from pyrite for the prevention of product caking in the ammonium phosphate plant.
