摘要
介绍了成型炉料与其它磷矿加工预处理的区别,物化特性、投资规模、生产工艺流程,以及成型炉料入炉制磷的使用情况和效果,分析研究了出现问题的原因与应对措施。指出加工成型炉料是一种工艺简单、操作方便、投资省的新工艺,对减轻企业环保压力,综合利用和加工不可再生磷矿资源有着深远现实意义,在黄磷生产行业节能减排中具有一定的积极推广使用价值。
The differences between formed furnace feed and other phosphate rock processing pre-treatment,physical and chemical properties,investment,process flow,and use and effect of formed furnace feed for phosphorus production are outlined.The root causes and countermeasures for occurred problems are analyzed and studied.It is pointed out that making formed furnace feed is a new process featuring simple process,easy operation and reduced cost.It is significant for reducing the pressure on environmental protection by the enterprise,and comprehensive utilization and processing of non-regeneration phosphate ore resource,thus offering certain value for promotion among the yellow phosphorus production industry for energy-saving and emission reduction.
