中国生猪生产效率及生猪补贴政策优化分析

China's Pig Production Efficiency and Optimization of Pig Subsidies

对生猪生产投入效率的分析有助于制订和优化生猪补贴政策,故应用C-D生产函数考察不同规模生猪养殖户的投入产出效率比较,采取主成分法克服生产函数的多重共线性问题。分析表明:中国散养生猪生产最优刺激是仔猪费用;规模化养殖最优刺激是固定资产投资;对两种不同规模的生产影响最大的都是死亡费用。鉴此,中国的生猪补贴政策应加大生猪保险和疫病防治,同时可实行饲料补贴等措施。

This paper uses the production function of different scale pig farmers to compare the input-output efficiency,which should implement the optimal subsidy policy.It overcomes the production function of the multicolinearity problem through principal component method.The Analysis shows that china＇s stimulus to the best free-range pigs production is costs,to large-scale farming is the best investment in fixed assets,the production of two different sizes are the most influential death costs.Thus china＇s government should increase subsides to pig insurance,disease prevention,and feed subsides.Other measures can be implemented also.
