摘要
通过介绍福建海洋观测示范网集成应用及运行管理情况,全面归纳总结福建观测网在站位布设、安全保障、维护保养、数据质控、数据集成和数据应用等建设运行管理过程中的经验教训及创新做法,分析影响观测网建设运行的关键因素,提出加强观测网建设和运行管理的措施和建议。
The application and operation management situation of Fujian province marine observation demonstration network was introduced firstly. Then, the experience of station layout, safety control, maintenance, data quality control, data integration and application was comprehensively summarized. Finally, key factors of construction and operation of the observation demonstration network were analyzed and the measures and suggestions to strengthen the construction and operation management were given.
