摘要
以我国未来海上安全战略需求为出发点,阐述了南海气象水文保障的战略意义,分析了对海上活动影响较大的危险天气。在分析目前国内外海上天气数值预报及海气耦合模式发展现状的基础上,提出建立南海海气耦合模式,研究海气相互作用过程,从而提高海上天气预报能力,改进南海海域的气象水文保障能力。
From the point of Shanghai safeguard in the future,this paper elaborates the strategic significance of meteorological and hydrological protection in South China Sea and analyzes some dangerous weather that have great impact on the maritime activities.Coupled ocean-atmosphere model is proposed based on the analysis of the current domestic and international marine weather forecasting development.The establishment of South China Sea coupled model is helpful to study air-sea interaction processes over this region,thereby enhancing the ability of marine weather forecasting,then improving the ability of meteorological and hydrological protection over South China Sea.
