摘要
结合四川白马电厂循环流化床锅炉运行实践,对锅炉炉膛水冷壁、尾部受热面、风帽和耐火材料等部位的磨损原因进行了研究,提出对防磨凸台上的水冷壁采取让管处理、喷涂等措施。实践证明这些防磨措施是可行的,能够减轻循环流化床锅炉的磨损。
Combined with the operational practice of CFB boiler in Baima Power Plant, Sichuan, the causes of abrasion have been analyzed at the sections like furnace water wall, end heating surface, wind cap and refractory material, etc., for which countermeasures have been put forward such as arranging water wall tubes away from the anti-abrasive boss, or applying spray technology for relevant parts. Above antiabrasive measures are proved to be effective in reducing the abrasion of CFB boilers.
