摘要 随着对垃圾焚烧厂环保要求的不断提高,单纯靠低NOx燃烧技术来控制垃圾焚烧炉产生的NOx已经很难达到要求,所以同时采用选择性非催化还原(SNCR)技术进行控制。通过对3种常用的降低NOx质量浓度的方法比较,得出SNCR技术符合我国国情的一种烟气处理方式。介绍了SNCR系统的工艺流程和设备配置,并以实例计算了还原剂(尿素)的消耗量。 With the rise of environmental requirements on refuse incineration power plants, it's difficult to control NOx generated by refuse incinerators within relevant specifications only by low NOx combustion technology, so Selective Non-catalytic Reduction (SNCR) technology is used in the meantime. By the comparison of three commonly used methods to reduce NOx content, SNCR technology is found to be suitable for the current status in China for flue gas treatment. Technical process and equipment configuration of SCNR systems are introduced, while the consumption of reducing agent (urea) calculated with an example.
