针对风电产业快速发展,风力发电机价格竞争日益激烈,品质下降而质量难以保证的问题,归纳和总结了风电主机和叶片制造过程中质量问题产生的原因和对安全的影响,提出了合同保障和设备监理方面的应对措施,以及实施的建议。
Regarding the current status of more and more furious price competition and quality reduction of wind turbine caused by the fast development of wind power industry, the reason of quality issues generated in manufacture of wind turbine and turbine blade, and its influences on the operation safety, are concluded and summarized.
