摘要
主要介绍了基于宽带图象通信网的湖南省－地多媒体电视会议系统。该系统充分利用了地－县图象通信网带宽资源丰富、覆盖面广的优势，采用ＤＤＮ传输控制信令，在宽带通信网上提供了高质量的会议电视服务。
This paper describes Hunan district-country multimedia video conference system based on HFC. The system utilizes the abundant bandwidth resource of the wide district-country HFC and the reliable,integrated signal coding ability of the provincial DDN,and provides high quality service of video conference.
