摘要
应用有限体积法,耦合溶质场、流场、温度场,模拟了易切削钢9SMn28中硫的分布,研究了过热度对该合金硫偏析的影响。结果显示,S浓度变化随凝固的进行而变化,最大偏析度为2.42,与实际铸件S的分布趋势一致;当易切削钢9SMn28浇注温度在1808-1813K时,最大偏析度略小,偏析略有改善。
Sulphur segregation in flee-cutting steel 9SMn28 during solidification was simulated by the model of coupling solute field, flow field and temperature field, the effects of superheat on sulphur segregation in free-cutting steel 9SMn28 were researched. The simulated results show the change of sulphur concentration is consistent with that of practical castings. The maximum ratio of sulphur segregation is 2.42. The maximum is less when temperature is 1 808 K to 1 813 K.
