摘要
民营企业是中国国民经济的重要支柱,但一些民营企业不能很好地履行对员工的社会责任,表现为不能给员工提供安全和健康的工作场所、拖欠员工工资、不给员工交养老和医疗保险、侵犯员工隐私权等责任缺失。解决的对策是,企业内部实施绩效管理制度,提高员工的工作效率,给员工提供培训和深造的机会,加速企业的经济发展,使其更好地履行对员工的社会责任;员工自身应通过工会这种群众组织维护自己的合法权益,使自身权益不受侵害;加强制度和道德舆论建设,减少民营企业的责任缺失。
The private enterprise is the important pillar of China's national economy,but some private enterprises can not perform the social responsibility to the staff very well,such as can't provide safe and healthy working places to employees,default employees' wages,do not pay endowment and medical insurance for employees,infringe privacy of staff,etc responsibility flaws.The countermeasures include implementing the performance management system in the internal of enterprises,improving the working efficiency of the employees,providing train to employees and the opportunity to pursue further study,accelerating the economic development of enterprises to make it perform the employee social responsibility better.Staff should safeguard their legitimate rights and interests through the mass organizations,and make their own rights and interests against infringement.Enterprises should strengthen the system and morality public opinion construction,and reduce the responsibility flaw of private enterprises.
