摘要 动脉粥样硬化性疾病是心血管疾病致死、致残的主要病因。动脉粥样硬化的发生是各种危险因素共同作用的结果。积极推行健康的生活方式、纠正血脂异常、干预血糖、控制血压、关注并纠正高同型半胱氨酸血症,在循证医学指导下规范应用阿司匹林和他汀类药物能够预防心血管事件,减少群体发病率。 Atherosclerotic diseases are the primary reasons for morbidity and disability caused by cardiovascular diseases.There are some measures to prevent cardiovascular diseases and reduce morbidity.These include promoting a healthy life style,treatment of dyslipidemia,the control of diabetes,hypertension and hyperhomocysteinemia,and the use of aspirin and statins.
