欧洲心律协会2011年心悸诊疗专家共识解读

Interpretation of the Position Paper from the European Heart Rhythm Association for Management of Patients with Palpitations

心悸是当前心血管领域重要的问题之一。然而由于心悸具有阵发性发作的特点,以及潜在的病因复杂多样,致使目前临床心悸的病因诊断及治疗面临很多困难。为此,欧洲心律协会(EHRA)在心悸的病因、流行病学、尤其是诊断方面进行总结,发布了心悸的诊断和治疗专家共识,以期能清楚简化心悸的诊断流程,提高心悸治疗的效率。

Palpitations are among the most common symptoms in clinical practice.Palpitations are generally a transitory symptom,which leads to difficulties in the diagnosis and therapy for the symptom.Thus,the European Heart Rhythm Association（EHRA） proposes expert consent and advice for the etiology,epidemiology,especially,the diagnostic evaluation in order to guide optimal management of patients with palpations.
