摘要
锌指样转录因子2与动脉粥样硬化密切相关,近年来发现锌指样转录因子2具有抗炎、抗凝、抗增殖的作用。作为细胞内重要的核转录因子,在基因水平调节内源性一氧化氮合酶、黏附分子、细胞/趋化因子、凝血相关因子、血小板源生成因子和成脂相关转录因子等,通过多条途径下调炎症因子,抑制血管平滑肌细胞增殖迁移和脂肪细胞的形成,维持免疫细胞的静止和血液的抗凝状态。现分别从内皮细胞、单核/巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞、脂肪细胞、平滑肌细胞的角度总结锌指样转录因子2的抗动脉粥样硬化的相关作用及分子机制。
Krüppel-like factor 2(KLF2) is related to the development of atherosclerosis.The latest research has discovered that KLF2 plays a role in anti-inflammation,anti-coagulation and anti-proliferation.As a crucial transcription factor,KLF2 regulates eNOS,adhesive molecules,cytokines/chemokine,and many more at the mRNA level.This article reviews the anti-atherosclerotic function of KLF2 and its molecular mechanism,focusing on its interaction with endothelium cells,monocytes/macroghages,T lymphocytes,adipocytes and smooth muscle cells.
