瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1在心血管系统中的调节作用 被引量:4

摘要 瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1属于瞬时受体电位通道家族,可被辣椒素激活,在全身多处器官组织表达。主要通过调节细胞内Ca2+离子浓度,从而发挥多功能细胞感受器功能。该篇综述主要介绍目前瞬时受体电位香草酸亚型1在心血管系统中的功能研究,主要表现在调节血管张力,高血压发生、心肌缺血中的保护作用及预防动脉粥样硬化、植物神经功能影响几个方面,有望为心血管疾病诊治提供新的靶点。 Transient receptor potential vanilloid receptor subtype 1(TRPV1) belongs to the transient receptor potential channel family,which can be actived by capsaicin,has expressed in lots of organs and tissue.Most are permeable to Ca2+ influx and play unique roles as multifunctional cellular sensors.This review presents an overview of current knowledge about physiological and pathophysiological functions in cardiovascular system,not only vascular tone regulation,prevention of hypertension,but also protection of myocardial ischemia and atherosclorosis.Transient receptor potential vanilloid receptor subtype 1 might become novel pharmacological targets in the treatment of human cardiovascular disease.
