摘要
随着产业结构的调整和优化升级,高技术产业已经成为推动我国新一轮经济增长的重要产业。文中从显性竞争力和潜在竞争力两个方面构建高技术产业的国际竞争力评价体系,利用主成分分析法对2001～2009年我国高技术产业的面板数据进行评价,并提出针对性的对策及建议。
With some adjustment and upgrading of our industrial structure, hi-tech industry has played a key role in promoting a new round of economic development in China. The paper discusses the establishment of an international competitiveness assessment system from the perspective of dominant competitiveness and recessive competitiveness The paper adopts the principal components analysis to evaluate the panel data of China＇s hi-tech industry between 2001-2009 and brings up relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
