摘要 针对25Cr2Ni4MoV泵头体某部位出现裂纹或机加工超差进行焊接修复的问题,分析了25Cr2Ni4MoV高强钢的焊接性。采用焊条电弧焊分别进行小铁研试验和对接焊接试验,研究焊接接头金相组织、抗拉强度、冲击韧性和硬度变化。结果表明:在合理的焊接工艺规范下使用CHE857CrNi焊条能获得良好的焊接接头,强度和韧性能达到工程要求。 Aiming at the problem which need welding repairing when the type 25Cr2Ni4MoV pump heads appear cracks or processing error,this paper analyzes the weldability of the ultra-high strength 25Cr2Ni4MoV steel and studies microstructure of welded joint and its tensile strength,impact toughness as well as hardness by applying SMAW to make Y-groove cracking test and butt welding test.The results showed that under the specification of the reasonable welding procedure,using the type CHE857CrN welding electrode can make a good welded joint whose intensity and ductility can archive the engineering requirement.
