摘要
弹药行业的产品生产加工过程中涉及焊接、热处理、表面处理等特殊工艺过程。产品设计过程中选用的材料和加工处理后追求高强度、高硬度特性而造成焊接性差,焊接生产引起了普遍关注。但是,长期以来焊接质量也停留在完全依靠其后的检验把关,只能从表面的检测结果来判断产品的好坏,不能做到产品全部检测,产品质量缺陷很容易在后续的工序和产品使用中暴露出来。因此在借鉴相关行业的焊接生产质量控制措施,按人、机、料、法等方面的要求进行过程控制,最大限度地满足了产品性能要求。
Ammunition industry production process,including welding,heat treatment,surface treatment etc.As a kind of technology as welding method has a large presence in recent years in the design of the product.During the process of product design,the selection of material and processing pursuit of high strength and high hardness after processing treatment and cause poor weldability.So,welding production is caused for concern.However,for a long time the welding quality also stay in depend entirely on subsequent inspection checks,only in the test results from the surface to judge the quality of the product,can't do it all the products,product quality defects detection easily in the subsequent process and product use exposed.So in reference to the relevant welding quality control measures,in accordance with the person,machine,materials,method and environment,etc.requirements for process control,to maximize to meet the product performance requirements.
