摘要
新疆某铜矿石含铜0.52%、含硫1.62%。优先浮选流程试验采用AP作捕收剂,获得了铜品位24.41%、回收率90.04%的铜精矿。混合浮选流程试验采用BK404作捕收剂,获得了铜品位24.59%、铜回收率91.28%的铜精矿。对两种工艺流程进行了对比分析。
A copper ore in Xinjiang contains 0.52% Cu and 1.62% S. A flowsheet of selective flotation using AP as collector obtains Cu concentrate with grade of 24.41% and recovery of 90.04%. And a flowsheet of bulk flotation with BK404 as the collector obtains copper concentrate with grade of 24.59% and recovery of 91.28%. A comparison analysis and study on the two processing flowsheets have been conducted.
