摘要
采用FeSO4、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)以及聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)等药剂对黄药生产过程中产生的高浓度有机废水进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,中性条件下,用4 g/L的FeSO4、1 mg/L的PAM处理该废水,CODCr去除率达到65%,黄药去除率大于99%;用2 g/L聚合硫酸铁、1 mg/L PAM处理该废水,CODCr去除率大于85%,黄药去除率达到100%。
In this paper, the organic wastewater produced during the production of xanthate is treated through adding flocculation ferrous sulfate, polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS) and polyacrylamide (PAM). The results indicate: in neutral condition, when the dosage of ferrous sulfate is 4 g/L and polyacrylamide dosage is 0.5 mg/L, the CODcr removal rate reaches 65% and the xanthate removal rate is higher than 99%; when the polymeric ferric sulfate dosage is 2 g/L and PAM dosage is 1 mg/L, the CODcr removal rate reaches 85%, and the xanthate removal rate reaches 100%.
