现代企业处于全球经济一体化进程，中国加入ＷＴＯ时间在即，我国企业进入社会主义市场经济之中，国外企业在国内建立独资、合资企业，直接与国内企业进行竞争，争夺市场，如果国内企业没有良好的企业管理乃至产品和技术创新，则就会失去市场，失去生存的基本条件，企业倒闭，职工下岗。国内企业实施管理控制一体化，实施ＥＲＰ势在必行。

Now, there is a grouing awareness, that the komtemperay enterprises are in the whole world economy process. Our national enterprises are entering socialist maket economy. Overseas enterprises are competing and contending markets . in building single -ventare or joint capital enterprise in our country. But, if internal enterprises have not good management and have not to bring forth new ideas in products and technology. The enterprise will lose markets and lose the basic condition of exist. It will go brankrupt. The works will be out of work. It is necessary. to carry out ERP, and to make management to merge with the control in national enterprise.
