柱机联合浮选在柿竹园钨粗选作业中的应用研究

Study of Joint Flow of Cell and Column Flotation Applied in Tungsten Rough Flotation Operation of Shizhuyuan's Plant

介绍浮选柱与浮选机联合浮选流程在柿竹园多金属选矿厂钨粗选段的投产及使用情况。针对部分粗颗粒、性质复杂的钨以及部分没有充分上浮的黑钨,采用柱机联合流程,通过流程优化和参数优化,充分发挥浮选柱和浮选机各自的优势,更有利于钨的回收。该流程的适应性强,经济、技术指标良好。

The joint flow of cell and columm flotation applied in tungsten rough flotation operation of Shizhuyuan complex multi-metal plant is discussed in this paper. The joint flow of cell and columm flotation is carried out to dress tungsten with coarse and complex structure and some wolframite is not fully floated. The advantages of cell and columm flotation can be developed by flowsheet and parameter optimization to avoid the shortcomings of single column flotation, which is benefical to the tungsten recovery with stable indexes and remarkable benefit achieved.
