复合型镁质胶凝材料的制备原理 被引量:2

摘要 以广西临桂县白云石为原料,煅烧、磨细后成为苛性白云石镁质胶凝材料,与氯化镁溶液调和后的强度较低,其24h标准稠度净浆的抗折强度仅达到1.0MPa,3 d净浆抗压强度仅达到8.8 MPa,将苛性白云石镁质胶凝材料与菱苦土按适当比例混合后可构成复合型镁质胶凝材料,其24h标准稠度净浆的抗折强度可达到9.3MPa,3d净浆抗压强度可达到74.8MPa,用以生产机电设备的包装箱等制品是可行的。在一定程度上增加复合型镁质胶凝材料的细度,能够增加复合型镁质水泥的强度。复合型镁质胶凝材料的凝结时间和安定性均合格。 The mechanical strength of the magnesia cementitious material of the caustic dolomite prepared with the dolomite ore from Lingui county area of Guangxi province is lower when it is mixed with the aqueous solution of MgCl2.The curing 24 h bending strength of its standard thick cement only reaches 1.0 MPa and its curing 3 d compressive strength only come up to 8.8 MPa.It is possible that the caustic dolomite and the calcined magnesite constitute the composite magnesia cementitious material by the way of mixing according to suitable proportion between the caustic dolomite and the calcined magnesite.The curing 24 h bending strength of standard thick cement of the composite magnesia cementitious material can reaches 9.3 MPa and its curing 3 d compressive strength can come up to 74.8 MPa.It is possible to make use of composite magnesia cementitious material to manufacture packing box of the machine tool equipment.The research also showed that increasing the fineness of the material to a certain extent can enhance the strength of the composite magnesium oxychloride cement,and that the coagulative time and stability of the composite magnesium oxychloride cement are up to standard.
