湿化氧疗在肺部感染后气管切开患者中的应用 被引量:27

摘要 自主咳嗽功能差、意识不清或反复误吸的患者一旦出现肺部感染,由于痰液引流不畅,很难控制感染,气管切开术有助于气道分泌物的引流和肺部感染的治疗。但气管切开后,失去上呼吸道的温湿作用,容易导致痰液黏稠,清除气道内分泌物的功能降低,可能反而不利于肺部感染的治疗^[1],因此需要加强这部分患者的气道湿化。目前文献报道的湿化方法主要有微量泵持续泵人湿化液和人下鼻等方法^[2-3],
