摘要
动态热应力可以反映POY长丝的内在质量,着重讨论了纺丝温度、冷却条件、生产负荷等因素对POY长丝动态热应力的影响,并提出了为改善POY的动态热应力,以及提高POY后加工性能的措施。
Dynafil was important property of POY. It was discussed in this article that POY Dynafil was strongly influenced by the factors, Such as spin temperature, coding condition, extruder output, etc.. It was also mentioned lozo to improve the Dynafil of POY yarn. So that POY can be textured smoothly.
